The people are friendly, the service was the fastest I have ever had on my Airstream RV.
This past time when I went in, I had a lot of questions from a road trip that I had just come home from.
Homer was amazing! He helped me to understand the technology behind my problem. Him sharing this information gave me confidence as a female RV owner.
I have not experienced great CUSTOMER SERVICE in such a long time. If there were 10 stars instead of 5, they earned them in my book!

JR's Custom Auto is the place to go for Sprinter Upgrades! Very knowledgeable, attentive, and customer oriented staff. Aubrey knows Sprinters and Spencer is a Master Tech. Our suspension upfit was exactly what was advertised and what a difference. We went from a rocking and rolling hard ride Sprinter 3500 to a smoother, more comfortable, safer, and quieter ride. They did some super singles on the 3500 and some other accessories to help jazz it up for the wilderness.
They appear to have a full stock of sprinter van mods.
The men’s did a great job and the sales ladies put from were absolutely amazing.
The cute shop dog was super awesome too!

We brought our Sprinter in for upgrades and were pleasantly surprised by this place! They have the nicest and most patient staff who are also so knowledgeable, and a showroom full of ideas for your build. Homer took his time showing us around and helping us with ideas and sharing his knowledge. Highly recommend.
